Design

Working on projects of all sizes, I can work with you on redesigning the planting in one border, create a new border or provide a full planting design for your entire garden - no matter how big or small the project is, I follow the same process:

• We start with a site survey and in-depth analysis of the growing conditions, and a chat to work out what you are looking to achieve and how you use your garden.

• After this you will receive a written brief, moodboard and sample planting palette to ensure I have fully understood your needs, before I create a full planting plan and a set of hand-drawn sketches.

• Once you are happy with the plan, I supply the plants and set them out on site ready for planting. Planting could be done by your gardener or I can recommend a horticulturist and will work alongside them in many cases.

You will also receive an aftercare guide to help you or your gardener give the plants the best possible start and ensure they thrive in the long-term.

Consultation

Interested to know what you actually have in your garden, and how to look after it? I can help there too. This will involve a site survey of your garden to determine the conditions, identification of key plants and some initial suggestions for improvement. You will also receive a moodboard and suggested planting palette.

As an optional extra, I can also provide a care guide on how to look after your key plants to ensure they thrive.
